Governance

The area of governance consists of the key topic of "corporate conduct", which includes compliance, good business relationships and corporate policy.

Good governance is central to ORIOR and all our stakeholders: our employees can work in a safe and respectful environment, our suppliers benefit from trusting partnerships and our customers from safe, high-quality food at reasonable prices. For our shareholders, solid governance guarantees the most important instrument for minimizing the risk of their investments. And last but not least, by integrating ESG elements into the governance structure, we ensure that our business activities are also in line with environmental and social goals.

You can find here our ambitions within these topics and further information on our activities.

Promoting training and development

The “ORIOR Campus” is a means for us to invest in the development of our employees through targeted training and educational programmes. We continually develop our training services. To enable the long-term retention of workers already within the ORIOR world, we want to further develop our talent management.
