We are a Swiss Food & Beverage group with around 2300 employees, headquartered in Zurich. Since 1992, we have been developing and producing everyday food products – from fresh convenience and refined meat products to plant-based items, organic juices, and offerings in travel catering.
Our companies Fredag, Pastinella, Le Patron, Biotta, Rapelli, Albert Spiess, Möfag, Gesa, Culinor, Casualfood, and Gaetarelli are located throughout Switzerland, as well as in Belgium, Germany, and Italy. The individual locations are regionally rooted and operate as independent competence centers with close proximity to operational business.
We distribute our products in retail and specialized trade, at airports, and through food service channels such as gastronomy, wholesale, take-away, and catering. Approximately two-thirds of our revenue is generated in Switzerland, with other important sales markets located in the Benelux countries, Germany, France, and Italy. We are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
