As a food processing company, ORIOR places great importance on safety and health in the workplace – both physical and psychological. We rely on comprehensive safety and health management. Preventive measures such as training and ergonomic workstations help to prevent accidents and promote well-being. Along the value chain, we also ensure that suppliers comply with minimum standards.

Our Ambition 2030

We reduce the absence rate caused by occupational accidents by 25%

We reduce the sickness absence rate by 20%

We maintain the share of our employees covered by an OSH management system at 100%.

How we act

Preventive Measures

To promote employee health, the competence centers regularly conduct internal control rounds and external risk assessments – on both safety and psychosocial topics. In addition, all employees receive free access to the Employee Assistance Program of the social counseling center ICAS for support in difficult situations.
