Our Professional Fields
From Market to Product
Sale
You will look after our customers and further develop existing relationships. You will work closely with other departments and ensure that our products are successfully positioned in the market. At the same time, you will gather input from our customers and incorporate it into product development. You will follow trends and recognise developments early on - an interest in food and a feel for products are an advantage here.
Marketing / Product Management
You will further develop our brands and products, observe consumer trends and derive measures from them. You will plan and implement marketing activities and work closely with various interfaces. In doing so, you will accompany the entire product lifecycle – from the idea to implementation in the market.
Product Development / R&D
You develop new products and optimize existing ones. In doing so, you combine market requirements with technical feasibility and quality standards. From idea to implementation, you work closely with various departments.
Purchasing
You are responsible for the procurement of raw materials, ingredients and packaging in your business unit. At the same time, you work across teams with other purchasing teams to ensure coordinated procurement.

From Raw Material to Finished Product
Production
Production is at the heart of ORIOR – this is where our products are made. You will work directly on the line or in areas such as goods receipt and production planning (AVOR), helping to transform high-quality raw materials into first-class products. Quality, hygiene and smooth processes are key here. Together with your team, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our products are reliably manufactured every day.
The work is demanding and sometimes repetitive, but it is also central to our success. Depending on the company, you will work in different shift models – from one to three shifts.
QM & QA
You ensure that our products and processes meet the defined quality standards. This includes inspections, conducting and accompanying audits, documentation, and the continuous development of our quality processes.
Maintenance
You ensure that our facilities and infrastructure function reliably. This includes maintenance, upkeep, and process optimization to ensure stable operations. At the same time, you will work on the further development of our technical systems and introduce improvements to ongoing operations. You will be in close communication with production and other departments.
Packaging & Order Picking
In packaging and order picking, you ensure that our products are correctly packaged and assembled. You work with modern equipment or precisely compile orders according to specifications. Quality, meticulousness, and a smooth process are paramount. Together with your team, you ensure that our products reach our customers.

From Support to Impact in Everyday Life
Human Resources
You will support employees throughout their entire employment lifecycle – from recruitment to professional development. At the same time, you will support managers and actively shape the organisation. You will be close to the action, advise management, and take on responsibility. You can contribute your administrative strengths as well as your ability to advise and develop solutions.
Finance
In Finance, you will support the planning, management, and transparency of our financial processes. You will lay the groundwork for informed decisions and the sustainable development of the company.
ESG / Legal
In these areas, you will work on diverse yet closely related topics within our group. Together, these areas make a significant contribution to ensuring that ORIOR is positioned responsibly and with a future-oriented approach.
In the Legal department, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements and support contracts as well as regulatory issues in day-to-day operations.
In the ESG department, you will deal with topics related to sustainability, environment, and corporate responsibility. You will contribute to the further development of relevant initiatives and help ensure that sustainability remains embedded in our companies.
IT
You ensure the operation and further development of our systems. Our IT is organised group-wide, which enables close cooperation across individual companies. In doing so, you support the digital development of our companies and ensure efficient and stable processes. Our central SAP Competence Center is an important part of our IT landscape.

Trainees
All about Meat, Food & Beverages
At ORIOR, you start your professional life and learn your craft from the ground up. You will be supported in your daily work and gradually introduced to your tasks. In this way, you will develop specialist skills and gain insight into our processes and products. In our core areas, we train butchers as well as food and brewing and beverage technologists, among others.
Trainees
Company-based Training
You will be close to our facilities, products, and processes. During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the technical and logistical processes and gradually take on responsibility. We offer apprenticeships as logisticians, plant operators, polymechanics, or automation mechanics, among others.
Trainees
Commercial Basic Training
In the commercial sector, you will gain insights into various departments and support administrative and organisational processes. You will work with different teams and learn about the economic interconnections of our company. We offer apprenticeships as commercial specialists.
