Governance

Responsible corporate conduct forms the foundation for our long-term success and is firmly anchored in the ORIOR sustainability strategy. We rely on clear governance structures that promote responsible decisions and integrate topics such as compliance, good business relationships, and corporate policy into our daily operations.

Governance

Corporate Behaviour

Responsible corporate behavior is in the interest of all stakeholders. By adhering to laws, guidelines, and ethical standards, we minimize risks and combat corruption. At the same time, we foster trusting, sustainable relationships with suppliers and customers. With solid governance, we ensure that we operate successfully economically and in harmony with the environment and society.

Our Ambition 2030

We have not recorded any confirmed cases of corruption or violations of anti-bribery laws.

25% of top management's long-term variable compensation is tied to sustainability performance.

Sustainability targets are an integral part of the short-term incentive for senior management.

How we act

Linking sustainability and individual performance

Achieving our sustainability goals requires a concerted effort across the entire company. Linking sustainability performance to the variable compensation of top management underscores our commitment and strengthens trust.

In the new strategy period, sustainability performance will also be integrated into the performance evaluation of senior management.

Governance

Partners

ORIOR relies on close and long-term partnerships with its suppliers. The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Supplier Code define clear expectations for quality, compliance, and ethical standards, thereby promoting transparency and trust between ORIOR and its suppliers.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCs) define the contractual and economic framework conditions for the procurement of goods and services by the Swiss ORIOR subsidiaries from their suppliers. The GTCs were updated in 2025.
